And speaking of parties, the Scherb family recently spent an afternoon at the center celebrating their daughter Clover's friend's pony-themed birthday bash.
The party was a blast, with kids donning cowboy hats and boots and getting up close and personal with the animals. From brushing the ponies to feeding the goats, there was plenty of hands-on fun to be had. And when it came time to blow out the candles on the cake, even the alpacas got in on the action, peeking their heads over the fence to see what all the fuss was about.
